Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
