Job summary

Enhance Therapies, via Rehab Alliance, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF/Long-Term Care in California. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.

Qualifications

• Must have a license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• New graduates are welcome and mentorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
