Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family of companies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our growing team in Stockton, IL. You will provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, help identify appropriate patients, collaborate with team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
