Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT in Stockton, IL. You will provide therapy under licensed PT supervision and help patients achieve functional goals, with a focus on teamwork and ongoing clinical growth.

Requires IL PTA license and an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited program, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits support long-term success.

Qualifications

• Must have PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
