Job summary

PRN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Keizer, Oregon. The PTA will work closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans, educate patients, and monitor progress in a collaborative clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program.
• Active, unrestricted PTA state license or eligibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff.
• Proficient in assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Experience using EMR systems and documenting treatment progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing PT plans and treatment protocols.
• Communicate patient progress with PTs regularly.
• Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and record patient responses and attendance.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent care.
