Qualifications

• Must possess Doctoral Degree in Psychology and be licensed in Maryland or license-eligible with supervision.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care.
• Lifelong learning, cultural humility, and ethical practice emphasized.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Opportunity to complete psychological assessments for interested applicants, with caseloads adjusted accordingly.
• Complete clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Provide high‑quality, client‑centered care.
• Coordinate services with other providers as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups.
