Ellie Mental Health in Washington, DC is seeking full-time, DC-licensed clinicians (LCPC, LICSW, or Psychologist) to join a clinician-centered multidisciplinary team. You will maintain a caseload, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with colleagues in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active DC license permitting independent clinical practice.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
• Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care.
• Strong ethical standards and dedication to professional growth.
• Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and consultation groups
