Ellie Mental Health in Columbia, MD is seeking Maryland LGPCs and LMSWs to join a clinician-centered, multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes post-graduate clinical experience with paid supervision, collaboration with counselors, social workers, and psychologists, and flexible scheduling for clinician well‑being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active Maryland LGPC or LMSW license or license-eligible with board-approved supervision.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care and lifelong learning.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Provide high-quality, client-centered care.
• Coordinate services with other providers as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups.
