Thriveworks in Normal, IL is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You will be part of a clinician-owned national private practice focused on accessible, quality care.

The role requires an Illinois independent license (PhD or PsyD) and residence in the state you will practice in. We offer guaranteed pay, benefits, and opportunities for leadership roles, with flexible scheduling from 7am to 10pm seven days a week and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois independent license as a psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in Illinois where they practice.
• Independent licensure is required to provide clinical services.

Responsibilities

• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Provide high-quality behavioral health care.
• Collaborate with team and participate in supervision as needed.
