Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients nationwide, with a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Normal, IL.

Independently licensed clinicians in Illinois (PsyD or PhD) with a willingness to maintain a caseload of 25+ sessions and 30 hours of weekly availability will find a supportive environment, credentialing and billing support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois - Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
