Job summary

Thriveworks seeks licensed clinicians in Chicago to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Independent IL licensure (PsyD/PhD) and a commitment to at least 25 sessions weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice independently in Illinois (PsyD or PhD).
• Available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.

• Confident using telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and supervisors.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR.
