Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Quincy, MA, with a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week. We are a clinician-led mental health care company founded in 2008, offering credentialing, scheduling, and training support so you can focus on care.

Compensation is up to $158,500 annually, with comprehensive benefits for full-time clinicians.

Formación

• Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts — Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
