Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to thousands of clients nationwide, with a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Worcester, MA. The role includes credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support so you can focus on delivering care.

You'll build a full caseload within 90 days, avail 30 hours weekly (25 sessions at minimum), and may receive a ramp stipend for 30+ hours. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as a psychologist in Massachusetts (PsyD or PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.
• Committed to measurable client progress and using telehealth/EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Coordinate with support teams for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing; offer flexible scheduling seven days a week.
