Job summary

Thriveworks in Westborough, MA is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. A ramp stipend may be available for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week.

We support credentialing, scheduling, and marketing, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed psychologist in Massachusetts (PsyD or PhD) required.
• Available for a minimum of 30 hours weekly and 25+ sessions.
• Experience treating diverse clients, including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to coordinate care.
• Document sessions and manage caseload using the EHR system.
