Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Paramus, NJ. We are a clinician-owned private practice with a national presence and support systems designed to help you focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualified candidates will hold a New Jersey independent license (PhD or PsyD) and reside in the state. Compensation is up to $151,100 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent license in New Jersey (Licensed Clinical Psychologist with PhD or PsyD).
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Paramus, NJ.
• Maintain notes within 24 hours of the session.
• Grow into leadership roles/supervisory opportunities.
• Commit to a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality care.
