Job summary

Thriveworks in Paramus, NJ is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our clients. This hybrid role combines telehealth and in-person sessions, with 30 hours of weekly availability and a minimum of 25 sessions.

As a W2 clinician, you’ll receive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement options, plus administrative support and ongoing training. You can build a full caseload within 90 days with scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in New Jersey (Licensed Psychologist PsyD or PhD).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfort with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and contribute as a positive team member.
