Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding practice that values flexibility, autonomy, and professional growth. The ideal candidate is compassionate, ethical, and equipped to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment to clients across the lifespan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver individualized, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients
2. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
3. Utilize proper CPT coding and adhere to ethical guidelines
4. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and peer reviews
5. Conduct psychological assessments and psychiatric evaluations
6. Provide diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and intervention
7. Engage in medication management in collaboration with medical staff
8. Monitor client progress and outcomes
9. Participate in annual team meetings (travel may be required)
10. Uphold cultural competence and trauma-informed care standards
11. Maintain availability for evening and/or weekend sessions as needed

Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid license through the California or Nevada Board of Psychologists
• Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or related Psychology field
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience
• Familiarity with Headway and other mental health platforms (a plus)
• ADHD or Autism assessment/treatment experience (a plus)
• Telehealth experience and comfort with virtual care
• Ability to work independently while staying engaged with a supportive team
• NPI number and malpractice insurance (preferred)
• ADHD Certification a plus
