Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) or LLP in NC.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology.
• Experience delivering outpatient therapy to diverse populations.
• Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to maintain a caseload of 23–26 clients per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and goals.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 26 clients per week; minimum of 23 per week.
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.

Licensed Psychologist Compensation: Paid bi-weekly

• Master's Level Fully Licensed: $68/hr for intake, $63/hr for follow-up
• PhD/PsyD Level Fully Licensed: $94/hr for intake, $84/hr for follow-up

Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time Employee; Exempt
Location: This is an in-person or hybrid position based out of Wilmington, NC

Role Summary

The Licensed Psychologist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities to children, adolescents and adults
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 26 clients per week; minimum of 23 clients per week required
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Requirements

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) or Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) in NC
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
