Job summary

Vital Healthcare Solutions is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist or LPC/LCSW to join our Psychology Department in a collaborative long-term care setting.

You will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, provide individual therapy, and contribute to treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team to support diverse behavioral health needs of residents in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist (required)
• Experience with psychological and neurocognitive assessment preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Deliver individualized psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate on treatment planning with facility teams to ensure continuity of care
