Job summary

The Workshop is seeking a compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join an interdisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and adults with IDD. You will conduct evaluations and develop treatment recommendations, collaborating with teams to support individuals, families, and staff in community, home, or program settings.

Starting pay ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 with negotiable salary. Benefits include medical and vision insurance, paid vacations, sick leave, holidays, and 401k with

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Psychologist in the State of North Carolina.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic interviews.
  • Develop treatment recommendations and written reports based on assessment findings.
  • Provide clinical consultation and support to individuals, families, caregivers, and agency staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, person-centered services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement activities.
  • Services may be provided in community, home, or program settings.
