Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Allentown, PA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in:

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)

Compensation

Up to $117,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
