Job summary

W3Global is seeking a licensed Child & Adolescent Psychologist to join a collaborative healthcare team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role focuses on comprehensive psychological assessments for children and families within an integrated care setting.

You will collaborate with primary care providers and behavioral health professionals to address developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs, working in a full-time schedule with 8- or 10-hour shifts in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) required.
• Active Indiana psychologist license required.
• HSPP endorsement in Indiana preferred.
• Experience with children and adolescents preferred.
• Primary care or integrated behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with autism evaluations and psychological assessments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Perform autism evaluations and adaptive functioning assessments.
• Assess behavioral, emotional, developmental, and mental health concerns.
• Develop clinical recommendations based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and behavioral health professionals.
• Support coordinated, team-based patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations to families and other providers.

You will work alongside primary care providers and behavioral health professionals to support patients with developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Schedule and Location

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• 8- or 10-hour shifts, depending on the schedule.
• Based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
• Limited travel to nearby locations may be required, generally within 10 miles.
