Job Summary
The Psychologist will conduct diagnostic evaluations for individuals ages 1 to 21, evaluate results, deliver treatment recommendations to families, and provide clinically excellent supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master’s level psychometricians, and doctoral externs.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Select, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and complete psychological assessments.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessments (e.g., ADOS‑2, ADI‑R, MI‑DGAS‑2) for autism and differential diagnosis.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment recommendations to families.
- Provide high‑quality clinical services and reports, and participate in continuity of care.
- Act as a member of the interdisciplinary clinical team.
Program Development
- Provide clinical supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master’s level psychometricians, and doctoral externs in clinical psychology.
- Plan and execute weekly individual supervision sessions, including training, direct and indirect observation, and progress monitoring.
- Plan and lead weekly group supervision sessions, including case presentations, didactic presentations, and facilitation of group interactions.
- Review and provide feedback on test administration, scoring, and report writing.
- Maintain supervision forms according to Clinical Leadership and state mandates.
- Stay current on ethical codes, guidelines, and requirements.
Collaboration & Additional Opportunities
- Provide post‑diagnosis processing groups, research projects, community outreach, and parent coaching as opportunities based on candidate experience.
- Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
- State license or eligibility.
- 3 years of clinical experience, including internships, externships, or fellowships.
- Certification in good standing and appropriate State licensure.
- Experience with diverse populations preferred.
- Knowledge of behavioral health industry terms and regulations.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems (Excel, Word).
- Experience administering autism‑specific assessment screeners and diagnostic tools (ADOS‑2, ADI‑R, MIDGAS‑2, CARS‑2, Vineland, SRS, etc.) preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Conditions
- Fast‑paced environment requiring 40+ hours per week.
- Cooperative, in‑office schedule.
- Physical tasks: standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, lifting up to 30 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000. EOE.
