Ellie Mental Health in Greater Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD/PhD) to provide assessments and individual, family, couples, and group therapy. You’ll work under the Clinical Director, with autonomy, flexibility, and a patient‑centered approach.

Responsibilities include diagnosis evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation while maintaining a robust caseload and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Florida license and NPI active; 1–2 years post‑doc experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license; insured under Ellie’s policy.
• Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with solid time management.
• Clear, concise clinical documentation and reporting.

About the Role

We're looking for a Doctor of Psychology who is passionate about expanding access to quality care and thrives in a culture of autonomy, flexibility, creativity, compassion, and humor. You'll provide assessments and individual, family, couples, and group therapy, reporting to the Clinical Director.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate diagnoses, create and review treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation per company policy
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per weekDeliver interventions that reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning
• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and Ellie staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Practice ethically, with cultural awareness, and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution (PhD preferred)
• Active Florida license and NPI, with 1-2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience
• Valid Florida driver's license; insurable under Ellie's policy
• Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and communication skills
• Clear, concise written documentation
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management

Preferred

• Experience with children, adolescents, couples, and families
• Familiarity with community resources and insurance billing
• Creative, innovative approach to care
