Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Greater Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Doctor of Psychology to provide assessments and individual, family, couples, and group therapy. You will report to the Clinical Director and work in a culture that values autonomy, flexibility, creativity, compassion, and humor.

Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, developing treatment plans, collaborating with case managers and medical professionals, and delivering interventions that reduce symptoms and improve daily

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology or related field required; PhD preferred.
• Active Florida license and NPI, with 1-2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license; insurable under Ellie’s policy.
• Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and communication skills.
• Clear, concise written documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnoses, create and review treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation per policy.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week.
• Deliver interventions that reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and Ellie staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Practice ethically, with cultural awareness and regulatory compliance.
