Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Doctorate-LEVEL Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) in the Greater Palm Beach, FL area to provide assessments and individual, family, couples, and group therapy under the Clinical Director. Flexible, autonomous practice with emphasis on accessible, high-quality care.

You will manage a caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients’ daily functioning. Florida license and post-doctoral experience are required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited institution (PhD preferred).
• Active Florida license and NPI, with 1–2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license; insurable under Ellie’s policy.
• Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and communication skills.
• Clear, concise written documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week.
• Deliver interventions that reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and Ellie staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Practice ethically, with cultural awareness, and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements.

About The Role
