Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate to support our ABA clinics by partnering with clinical teams to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families. This role involves conducting evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and collaboration with physicians, schools, and other providers to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, Educational, or School Psychology.
• Active North Carolina Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) (or license eligibility).
• Experience evaluating children with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Experience working alongside Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations for children ages 2-10 with developmental and behavioral concerns, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Provide diagnostic clarification and recommendations to support ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical teams to develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Provide parent education and consultation to support positive treatment outcomes.
• Partner with physicians, schools, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.

We are seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to support our ABA clinics by partnering with our clinical teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families. This role extends beyond evaluations and includes ongoing collaboration, consultation, and clinical support.
