Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) in North Carolina to support our ABA clinics by partnering with clinical teams to deliver evidence-based care for children and families.

You will conduct evaluations for children aged 2–10 with developmental and behavioral concerns, including ASD, provide diagnostic clarification, collaborate with BCBAs, educate parents, and coordinate care with physicians and schools. The role emphasizes ongoing clinical support and consultation.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology.
• Active North Carolina Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) or license eligibility.
• Experience evaluating children with developmental disabilities and ASD preferred.
• ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations for children ages 2–10 with developmental and behavioral concerns including ASD.
• Provide diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations to support ABA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical teams to develop individualized recommendations.

We are seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to support our ABA clinics by partnering with our clinical teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families. This role extends beyond evaluations and includes ongoing collaboration, consultation, and clinical support.

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological evaluations for children ages 2-10 with developmental and behavioral concerns, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Provide diagnostic clarification and recommendations to support ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical teams to develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Provide parent education and consultation to support positive treatment outcomes.
• Partner with physicians, schools, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, Educational, or School Psychology.
• Active North Carolina Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) (or license eligibility).
• Experience evaluating children with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Experience working alongside Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) teams is a plus.
