Job summary

Total Care ABA, a growing provider of autism services, seeks a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to join our Charlotte, NC team for autism evaluations and diagnostic assessments.

We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time opportunities, competitive pay 115–130/hour based on experience, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) credential.
• Licensed Psychologist credential.
• Experience conducting autism evaluations or psychological assessments.
• Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active LBA credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct autism evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Perform psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and review developmental history.
• Provide recommendations and treatment guidance for children and families.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare clinical reports.
• Communicate findings and recommendations with families and care teams.

What You'll Do

• Must hold a current BCBA Certification
• Licensed Psychological Associate Certification
• Must reside within driving distance of Charlotte, NC
• Conducting comprehensive autism evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Completing psychological assessments and clinical evaluations
• Performing behavioral assessments and reviewing developmental history
• Providing recommendations and treatment guidance for children and families
• Collaborating with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans
• Interpreting assessment results and preparing clinical reports
• Communicating findings and recommendations with families and care teams
