SonderMind is seeking a licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO) in California for a part-time or full-time role delivering high-quality psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management. You will work within a technology-enabled system with care coordination support and a productivity-based compensation model.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s).
• Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
• Experience performing psychiatric evaluations and managing medications.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in a productivity-based compensation model.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care with comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medications, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with HIPAA and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers for integrated care.
• Meet baseline productivity expectations and pursue additional incentives.
• Leverage the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload.
