Job summary

SonderMind is seeking a licensed psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for a diverse client base. The clinician will work within a technology-enabled care framework and participate in a structured productivity-based compensation model with support from care coordination and clinical tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medications management
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based care
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Comfort with a technology-enabled care environment
• Interest in a productivity-based compensation model

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care with comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on clinical guidelines
• Manage medications and monitor treatment progress
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation for all encounters
• Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators for integrated care
• Achieve baseline productivity and earn additional incentives through performance
