Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers in Franklin, TN is seeking a full-time PE licensed Project Engineer to lead civil site project design and production, coordinating with in-house civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors.

Responsibilities include design calculations, stormwater and utility design, and permitting with state and local jurisdictions. A BS in Civil Engineering and Tennessee PE (or reciprocity within 6 months) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of land or site development experience.
• Active Tennessee PE or ability to reciprocity within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations and construction plans for site development (grading, stormwater, utilities).
• Conduct code, entitlements and due diligence research.
• Analyze survey plans and data to design projects.
