Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and preparation of residential development projects.
• Develop grading, drainage, utility, and roadway layouts.
• Coordinate permitting and agency approvals for site development.
• Review and mentor engineers, EITs, designers, and technicians.
• Ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment on projects.
• Communicate with clients and public agencies; support project delivery.
• Support project leadership and contribute to technical risk management.
