RDC is seeking a Project Architect for our Washington DC office, in-person work required. The ideal candidate has extensive experience translating design into contract documents and leading project teams on retail and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Architectural licensure in the state where the office is located is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of contract documents and provide supervision for the project team.
• Translate architectural concept design into contract documents and coordinate specifications.
• Manage agency review processes and entitlement/permits with supervision.
• Coordinate with clients and development team to communicate project progress.
