Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Program Director to provide leadership, vision, and daily supervision of programs serving young adults through geriatric individuals with chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders. The role requires a master's level licensure or eligibility, and entails ensuring high-quality clinical and fiscal management in alignment with the agency mission.

Salary up to $75,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field; licensure preferred.
• Two years behavioral health experience in community support programs.
• Experience with health records systems is desirable.

Responsibilities
