Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• Ability to license in states where BHI operates.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in survey field accepted by licensing boards.
• Emphasis on construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee survey field crews, techs, crew chiefs and related staff.
• Review, sign and stamp documents to meet project requirements such as boundary surveys and ROWs.
• Train field crews on survey equipment, methods and data collection.
• Oversee drafted survey plats and review survey reporting.
• Train on proper setup of survey control and data management.
