This role involves working in the field, performing construction staking, establishing survey control, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of experience as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Competitive salary of $100K-$150K and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor or equivalent experience as a Professional Engineer.
• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction staking and layout for earthwork, utilities, roadways, and site development.
• Establish and maintain survey control points and project coordinate systems.
• Coordinate daily with project managers and field crews to support production.
