Qualifications

• Active Illinois licensure as an LPC or equivalent, with eligibility to practice independently under supervision as required.
• Demonstrated skills in individual psychotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and use of evidence-based interventions.
• Strong ability to build therapeutic rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain clear professional boundaries.
• Comfort working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, CPTSD, and patterns of over-functioning or perfectionism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed care for diverse client populations.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development.

Responsibilities
