Role Description

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide individual counseling services to adult clients, using evidence-based and person-centered approaches aligned with SLM Counseling’s values. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating ongoing sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating care as needed with other providers. The counselor will also engage in case consultation, participate in professional development, and uphold ethical and legal standards of practice. This is a part-time or full-time, virtual and on-site role located in Chicago, IL.
