You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active LPC license in Arizona is required.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience with individual or group therapy in clinical/community settings.
• Proficiency with CBT, DBT, or trauma‑informed care.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with EHR.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
