Qualifications

• Active LPC-A license issued by the State of Texas.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Ability to work under supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S).
• Strong interpersonal and client-centered communication skills.
• Experience or coursework in trauma-informed care or CBT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to diverse clients.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per state/agency standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for client care and referrals.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision as required by LPC-A licensure.
