Job summary

Encourage-ment is a growing private practice in Pennsylvania that prioritizes Christian values, a warm, collaborative environment, and work-life balance. We seek an empathetic Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) with associate licenses encouraged to apply, to provide client-centered therapy across individuals, couples, and families.

The role offers a supportive team, flexible hybrid work in New Brighton, and a compensation structure with licensure-based splits.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted license to practice in PA preferred but non-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as well if licensure is expected soon.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a clinical or private practice setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally competent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse client base.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Submit billing for sessions in a timely manner.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) also LSW, LAPC, LAMFT and other associate level licenses encouraged to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, and excited to work in a supportive private practice setting.

What We Offer:

• Generous compensation up to 70/30 split for full licensure. 60/40 for associate level such as LAPC or LSW.

• Currently we are only looking for someone wanting 15+ direct patient hours per week.
