Job summary

LifeStance Health in San Antonio is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our fast-growing behavioral health team. This 100% outpatient role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive group-practice environment.

We provide above-market compensation with uncapped earnings potential, sign-on and annual bonus opportunities, and strong work-life balance in a newly designed modern office. Texas licensure is required, and fully licensed clinicians are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid LPC license in Texas.
• Experience delivering behavioral health care in outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
