LifeStance Health in Round Rock, TX is seeking licensed counselors (LPC in Texas) for a hybrid role delivering 100% outpatient care in a group practice.

We offer above-market compensation ($75,000–$100,000+ based on productivity), full benefits (health/dental/vision/life, 401k with match, parental leave, EAP), plus a sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus. Strong work-life balance and administrative support are provided.
