Job summary

LifeStance Health in Katy, TX is hiring Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) for our 100% outpatient group practice. You will deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults and/or children/adolescents in a supportive, modern office.

Fully licensed in Texas, you will join a team with uncapped earnings, above-market compensation, comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision/life, 401k with match, parental leave, EAP), and strong work-life balance.

Licensed Counselors are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking LPCs that are:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Texas. We are unable to accommodate dependently licensed Clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
