Job summary

LifeStance Health in San Marcos, TX seeks licensed counselors to provide 100% outpatient care in a group practice. The role offers generous, above-market compensation with an uncapped earnings model and comprehensive benefits.

Fully licensed LPCs in Texas with experience serving adults and/or children/adolescents are encouraged to apply. Expect a hybrid schedule with one in-office day (Friday) and remaining days remote.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LPC in the State of Texas.
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• 1 day a week in office on Friday; the rest remote from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient counseling in a group practice setting.

Licensed Counselors are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking clinicians that are:

• Fully licensed as an LPC in the State of Texas. We are unable to accommodate associate level clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• 1 day a week in office on Friday and the rest remote from home.
