Job summary

LifeStance Health in Irving, TX is seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to join our outpatient clinical team. This role features 100% outpatient care in a group practice, with a hybrid schedule—two days in the office and the rest remotely—to support work-life balance and professional growth.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking LCSWs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Hybrid 2 days in office. The rest of the days will be remote from home.
• Needs to be able to see children and up.
