Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team serving children, adolescents, and adults in the Northwest Arkansas area. The role supports independent work with strong collaboration and leadership growth opportunities.

We offer credentialing, comprehensive benefits, and a robust referral system. Eligible candidates must hold Arkansas LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure and have 2+ years of related experience and/or training.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional counselor requirements and education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular appointments with patients seeking mental health services.
