Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Columbus, GA to provide high-quality, client-centered therapy to a diverse client population. • Master's degree in Counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Georgia LPC license.
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-centered therapy services.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.

About the Role

We're seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. You'll have the opportunity to provide client-centered therapy while working with a diverse client population and bringing your own creativity and personality to the work.

What You'll Do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, schools, and other supports as needed
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
• Use creative interventions to help clients make meaningful progress
• Support the overall mission and success of the clinic

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
• Active Georgia LPC license
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
• Valant experience is a plus
• Insurance credentialing experience is preferred
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
• A good sense of humor is definitely a plus!
