Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed social workers in Columbus, GA to provide individual, family, group and telehealth services. We offer flexible scheduling, full administrative support, Telehealth, and ongoing professional development to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active Georgia LCSW or LMSW licensure.
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services.
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community supports as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities.
• Use creative interventions to help clients make meaningful progress.

About the Role

We're seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed social workers who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.

• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
• Valant experience is a plus
• Insurance credentialing experience is preferred
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
• A good sense of humor is definitely a plus!
